How well do you truly know you?

How well do you know the people around you?

Who are you?

In business, you might define yourself by your role (I’m a consultant). In life, you might describe your role (I’m a mother).

Here’s a quick and fun exercise: Describe yourself with a one-word adjective that starts with the same sound as your first name. For example, Radiant Ramona. Your turn!

Perception Versus Reality

The way we see ourselves doesn’t always match how others perceive us. To bridge this gap, we must operate from a conscious level. Too often, we live on autopilot, making assumptions without ever pausing to understand the otherness of the other.

Our subconscious is filled with patterns that shape how we interact with the world. If we don’t challenge these patterns, they control us. But here’s the truth: we do have control.

Embracing Change:

At any moment, you can choose a new thought, a new perspective, and a new approach to any aspect of your life that you wish to transform. Growth begins with self-awareness, understanding others, and learning to adapt and connect in meaningful ways.

As Carl Jung so aptly put it:
“Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.”

What steps will you take to better know yourself and those around you?
