Making an investment in your team goes a long way. The AGCO DTO team spent three days of work and getting together time in Northern Italy.
Taking full advantage of the time together, small-group breakout sessions were organized to give each team member the chance to speak up, give feedback on the key challenges, and come up with suggestions on how these could be overcome. The group also experienced a tour of the Breganze production plant, where they had the chance to see the recent changes and enhancements to the factory.
But having fun at work is also serious business! Evenings were dedicated to team-building activities. A guided tour of Venice was followed by dinner in a picturesque restaurant and a boat trip on the lagoon. On the second day, the team also visited one of the vineyards close to the AGCO Breganze headquarters.
While remote working is now the new normal, being able to meet face to face was amazing. It allowed a globally distributed team (14+ different nationalities and cultures) to come together to enrich themselves both from a professional and personal perspective.
It was a fantastic workshop that made the team even stronger!
